Palomar Icon Laser Treatments

We  use the Palomar Icon Laser to deliver IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and Fractional Laser Treatments. These treatments are performed to correct skin discoloration (redness, brown spots, hyperpigimentation) as well as skin resurfacing to improve the appearance of acne scarring, surgical scars, and fine lines.

What is IPL?

IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light. IPL diminishes the appearance of pigmented or vascular lesions on the skin. It can be used on all parts of the body, including the face, arms, legs and chest or any area that shows discoloration as a result of sun exposure. This treatment aims to reduce the appearance of pigmented lesions and evens the skin tone.

What is Fractional Laser Treatments?

Fractional, non-ablative laser treatments resurface the skin for treatment of surgical scars, acne scars, fine lines, stretch marks, sun spots, and melasma.
