Before You Book
Choosing the Right Visit
When you book online you will be asked to select a visit type. A brief guide to the four we offer, so that your appointment is scheduled with the right provider and the right amount of time.
Skin Check
A full-body examination to screen for skin cancer and evaluate any moles or spots that concern you. Recommended at least annually.
Medical Visit
For acne, eczema, rosacea, rashes, hair loss and other conditions of the skin, hair and nails. Most insurance plans are accepted for medical visits.
Cosmetic Consultation
Where every new cosmetic patient begins. A thoughtful conversation about your goals, followed by a personalized treatment plan from your provider.
Cosmetic Treatment
For established patients returning for injectables, laser, microneedling and other treatments already planned with their provider.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. New patients are welcome at both our McLean and Potomac offices, and may book a skin check, medical visit or cosmetic consultation online.
How do I book an appointment online?
Select your office above and choose Book Online. You will be guided to choose a visit type, a provider and a time that suits you, and will receive a confirmation by text.
How soon can I be seen?
Availability is shown in real time when you book online. For an urgent concern, please text us at (703) 215-2139 and we will do our very best to find you a same-week appointment.
Do you accept my insurance?
We participate with most major plans for medical and surgical dermatology. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance. A full list of accepted plans is on our Insurance and Billing page.
Can I be seen virtually?
Virtual visits are available for some follow-up appointments. Choose Virtual Visit when booking, or learn more on our Virtual Visits page.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card for medical visits, and a list of current medications. Your intake forms can be completed in advance from our Patient Forms page.
