Sarah Walker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree, with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner, from Marymount University where she graduated summa cum laude, was inducted into the Delta Epsilon Sigma Honor Society, and received an Academic Excellence award. She graduated magna cum laude from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing. She also studied Biology and Human Nutrition & Food Sciences at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She has participated in medical mission trips to Haiti that have helped further her passion for medicine.
Sarah Walker has five years of nursing experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital.
